Incredible Weekend!!

I had the best weekend I have had in months. Saturday I went to lunch and to the movies with some great ladies. I finally got to see Facing the Giants it was amazing! Ok so the acting was not so great but the story was so encouraging. I recommend you go see the movie or rent it when it comes out in January.

Then Sunday was awesome! Church as usually was encouraging and just what I needed to make it through the week. Then I picked up Laina and met up with Allison to go see THIRD DAY, and DAVID CROWDER! Words can not begin to describe how wonderful it was.

Funny story time...

We got to the arena about an hour and half early and went exploring. Laina spotted some tour busses so we stuck around seeing if we could see anyone. Before we knew it out walks David Crowder and his band, as well as Louie Giglio. We wonder what they are doing as they walk to an empty part of the parking lot and put an opened diet coke bottle on the ground. One of the DCB members puts mentos in the diet coke and it explodes...they proceed to do this again...and we got to watch a candid moment of some preconcert fun!

The concert was full of fun and worship and I had a blast with two of my favorite people. It is always such a heart-lifter to see Third Day. And my second experience seeing DCB made me more of a fan!

Today I was a complete bum and watched some television and played around on the computer. Ahhh break is off to a great start.
